Thank you for supporting Thee Crystal Crypt. Each piece in my collection is thoughtfully selected, restored, hand-painted, or assembled using vintage and repurposed materials. Many items are one of a kind, with their own history, character, and imperfections.

Shipping & Processing

All in-stock orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided once your package is on its way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal delays, and seasonal shipping volume. Please allow additional time during holidays.

Packaging

Each item is packaged with care to protect its unique materials and details during transit.

 ●     Ceramics & Figurines: Securely wrapped and cushioned to protect delicate surfaces.

 ●    Shrines & Assemblage Art: Carefully packaged to preserve intricate details, embellishments, and fragile components.

 ●    Artwork & Prints: Shipped flat with protective backing whenever appropriate.

Whenever possible, recycled and repurposed packaging materials are used.

Vintage & Handmade Items

Thee Crystal Crypt specializes in vintage objects, altered relics, handmade creations, and curated assemblage art.

Due to the nature of these pieces, minor signs of age, variations in texture, and small imperfections are to be expected. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece distinct.

Every effort is made to accurately photograph and describe each item. Please review all photos, descriptions, and dimensions before purchasing.

Shipping Addresses & Delivery

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Thee Crystal Crypt is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be available so you can monitor its delivery.

Thee Crystal Crypt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact USPS to file a report.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

International shipping times vary and may be affected by customs processing.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final.

Due to the one-of-a-kind, vintage, and handmade nature of the collection, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me promptly with photos of the item and its packaging.

I take great care in preparing each order and am happy to work toward a fair resolution if something goes wrong.

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
